I’ve spent years learning, studying, and growing through seasons that asked for honesty, courage, and steady self-leadership. Every chapter taught me something about who I am and who I’m becoming. Those lessons shaped Bold Clarity and the work I feel called to share.
Today, I help people slow down, hear themselves clearly, and move with intention. If you’re ready to grow in a grounded, meaningful way, I’m here to walk with you through that process.
Before I coached agents, I led a team from #413 to #202 nationally at KW. I know what it takes because I've done it, on both sides.
Bold Clarity grew out of my own journey as a leader and as a person. For years, I guided a highly successful real estate team and walked with people through pressure, change, and big life decisions.
I built Bold Clarity for the agent I used to coach and the agent I used to be: experienced, hungry, working hard, and still not seeing the results that match the effort. The ones who don't need more leads or another class. They need to slow the noise, get honest about what's true, and convert what's already in front of them.
Bold Clarity became the space for that. A place where you can slow down, breathe, and hear your own voice again. A place to sort through the noise, get honest with yourself, and take steps that match your values, your story, and the life you want to build.

Why BOLD Clarity?
Before Bold Clarity, I spent four years in the classroom and three more as an instructional coach, then led professional development for every math teacher across an entire charter school network. That work taught me how to break down what actually helps someone improve. It is the same skill I bring to coaching agents now.
I brought that approach into real estate. Licensed in 2020, I joined the Heyl Group at Keller Williams DFW and became a listing specialist within a year. The year before stepping into the team leader role, I closed 24 units and about $8M in volume totaling roughly 20 million in volume across 60 units before fully stepping into leadership
In 2023, I stepped into leadership as Team Leader. Here is what that looked like:

Grew the team 41% in units and 32% in volume in my first full year, from 158 units and $63.2M to 223 units and $83.7M
Climbed the office rankings every year I led: #5 to #3 to #2 in both Group GCI and Group Units, 2023 to 2025
Ranked #3 Expansion Team Units regionally at Keller Williams, with 214 units closed in 2025
